By davebirch posted May 14 2007 at 11:49 AM

[Dave Birch] Neil McEvoy is a Director of Consult Hyperion, which he helped to found in 1986.  He has designed the security architecture for some of the worlds biggest transaction networks and has advised governments in Europe, the Middle East and Asia on identity management and identity cards. In this podcast, he discusses the concept of identity as public utility, the subject of his paper to be presented at the EEMA Paris workshop.
