Peter is one of the driving forces and experts behind the government's strategy for a user-centric claims based solution to the vexing problem of identity information management. Peter's specialty is the development of concepts, strategies and directions for pursuing change through new or emerging information technology. He has worked in software development, system design, IT operations, as well as management, service development and policy development.
