Christian Lunden, Nordic Choice Hotels

By Dave Birch posted May 3 2011 at 1:29 PM

Christian Lundén is a Product Manager at Nordic Choice Hotels, in which position he was responsible for implementing the chain's NFC pilot scheme in Stockholm. This allows frequent visitors to download their hotel key to an HFC phone and use it to get into their rooms. A good example of combined logical and physical access, in this podcast Christian discusses the pilot and what the chain has learned from it, including the decision to redesign future hotels to make them NFC-ready!!
