Progress on implementation of the PSD by EU Member States, implementation of the PSD by the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) and opportunities and issues raised by the PSD.

A discussion on the implications of the PSD for payment service providers, the potential advantages and issues, managing implementations of the PSD and creating a level playing field be created between payment service providers?). Discussion participants will include Dominic Peachey from the FSA (the person responsible for e-money legislation in the UK).
