Protect and survive

[Dave Birch] For those of you who are concerned about terrorists tracking you by lighting up your new e-passport from a distance, a company called DIFRwear has started making snazzy passport holders with built-in shielding.

I've ordered a couple of these and I'll send one to the first person (*) to add a comment to this post. (*) Excluding employees of Consult Hyperion, blogmeister Jane and members of my immediate family.


I like the idea of a shield against being remotely RFID scanned. Does the shield also
prevent spam email and phishing attempts? Do they make a helmet version that can stop my retinas being scanned? ;-)
